I’ve been able to spend a little more time working on the property investment visualizer project and have made a quick video showing it in action.

It’s very much a work in progress but it’s now getting to a point where I’m using it to plot different strategies and the instant feedback is pretty amazing at showing insights that help to make decisions that would otherwise take hours and pages of calculation.

For those interested I’m building it with Adobe Air and the plan would be to release it on PC, Mac and and the Apple and Android App Stores. Still gauging interest in the idea so vote with likes on the post if you’d have any use for it!
